1 loaf stale French bread cut in chunks, set aside
2 tsp vanilla
1 c raisins
1 c crushed pineapple drained
1 can drained peaches
1 1/2 c fresh chopped apple
4 c milk
1 c 8.5oz coconut milk
1 14oz can condensed milk
1 c half & half
2 c sugar
8 tbs butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
1 tsp nutmeg
